About

Helping You Love & Express Your True Self

Heal Thy Energy Expressive Therapy, LLC is a holistic wellness practice that provides a safe, non-judgmental space for you to heal. Giving honor to the Indigenous land we live on, the collective wisdom handed down over many generations, and the practitioners who have come before us to light the path for individual and communal healing. Expressive therapy is a form of treatment that uses creative activities to help clients share and process feelings and memories that may be difficult to put into words. Some types of expressive therapy include art, dance, drama, music, and play therapy. LAURIE JONES believes that self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance are essential aspects of the healing journey. She utilizes body-centered expressive techniques to assist in the therapeutic process. As a doctor of naturopathy, master of science (clinical mental health counseling with advanced graduate study in expressive therapies), master of public health (behavioral sciences), bachelor of science (health education), registered dance/movement therapist, national certified counselor, and licensed professional counselor, her holistic approach centers around helping people identify the strengths they already have.
